Gratitude, Persistence & The Gentle Breath of Awareness



By choosing GRATITUDE and PERSISTENCE we are able to traverse our hurdles more quickly than we ever had and by being in the present - allowing that gentle BREATH of AWARENESS to ground us and guide back to silence - we remember who we are and we return to a place where nothing can shake us.
