A BEAUTIFUL MYSTERY (A Poem)

I remember the day
I found you again
It was the fire in your eyes
That gave you away
Without question or doubt
I was drawn to you
And you to me
For who can deny
A thousand year flame?
A love that speaks
Through word and song
And moves through the wind,
And the trees...
And here we are standing
In the middle of eternity
Where everything belongs,
Gazing at each other
From what seems to be
Two ends and two beginnings
Two points
Colliding spiraling
Into nothing and everything...
And whilst in solace
We are merging
Transforming
Light to Dark.... Dark to Light
Clashing and touching
The skies....
Souls that dance
From the beating of burning hearts
And soon we are becoming
Every word we speak
Every world we meet
Every moon
And every sun
Blinding the darkness of our souls
As we repent for
The spaces we did not fill
And the candles we never burned
In colder nights...
We make amends with yesterday
By seeing who we are today
Through our eyes
We are aware
The future is alive today
For it is now that we can see
Who I Am to You
And who You Are to Me
We Are
The Spark of Divinity
We Are
