LOVE COMES... UNANNOUNCED (A Poem)

Love comes, unannounced
Like a tidal wave of stars
Crashing quietly
Into my inner space

Washing my very being
With air
That gives the weary mind
Its breath
My thoughts surrender
To the wind of change
While I paddle the boat
That brings me
To the edges of my Soul
An ocean
Within a myriad of oceans
Touched by the ripple
Of a restless heart

Love comes, unannounced
Like a tidal wave of stars
Crashing quietly
Into my inner space

  1. There are many kinds of joy but they all lead to one - the joy to be loved... The Never Ending Story. Your poem reminded me of this favourite quote of mine, thanks for sharing! Keep the good work going! I hope you'll like a suggestion of mine as well: using sites like zazzle.com, cafepress. com, fiverr? They could be a good way to promote your works and to help "remove" stupidity in the streets like headlines on t-shirts, fridge-magnets, cups, etc: My Boyfriend kisses Better Than Yours, FBI - female body inspector, etc. Not everything we see and think of should be about sex, right? It would be much better if there were more nice pictures of mythical creatures, good thoughts, poems from fantasy genre, etc? I'm allanbard there, I use some of my illustrations, thoughts, poems from my books (like: One can fight money only with money, Even in the hotest fire there's a bit of water, Money are among the last things that make people rich, All the problems in the world lead to one - narrow-minded people, or
Love and happiness will be around,
as all the chains will disappear,
and Mountaineers will climb their mount
and there won't be any tear! etc).
Best wishes! Let the wonderful noise of the sea always sounds in your ears! (a greeting of the water dragons'hunters - my Tale Of The Rock Pieces).
