LESSONS FROM THE MOTH : Adaptation & Evolution

I decided to do some house-cleaning and once again noticed this dead black moth that was stuck in between the parallel screen windows next to my kitchen sink. It had nestled its lifeless self there for weeks now. I've always wondered how it got stuck there, or why it got stuck there. To me, everything has a story, everything has a purpose, everything has a message... Everything is a lesson.

Internalizing, and following my intuition I finally understood what it had came here to convey, and it had something to do with ascenscion. Ascenscion that honors the true spiritual, mental, physical  evolution of every species in this planet. Our species being the foremost driver of universal change.

We all know moths have a special trait of being able to adapt to its environment as it 'camouflages'  the environment it is in. It changes its color either to conform with the shades of its home... or to survive, to hide its true colors so it can deceive its predators, and reproduce. Either way, adaptation has become an essential part of evolution, our evolution.

In this simple truth Mother Nature has given us a hint about life, and how we are neither good or nor bad, we are constantly ADAPTING, SURVIVING. Depending on how we see the situation, depending on our consciousness, the world becomes dark or light, bad or good...

Consciousness is key. VIABLE consciousness.

Consciousness in the light. Consciousness in the dark. We need to stay alive in both regardless if we created it or not.

It takes a certain degree of darkness for true colors to emerge.

We are warriors of light that encapsulate the light and darkness within.

In holding the light we uphold LOVE and TRUTH

In conquering the darkness we uphold FAITH and HOPE.

How this all plays a part in ascension is crucial.

We must know that in adapting, in surviving, and evolving, we are simply paving the way for our future generations... and their future generations.

In this magical moment of reflection, I witnessed the birth of yet a new learning, and that ascension isn't merely the self evolving for the self. It is the self evolving for its generations. For its family. For its world.

It is the self evolving so its whole universe may evolve into a higher species. We are completing the cycle in each generation, but as we shed off impurities that the world has thrown our way , as we battle the challenges, and face the insurmountable fears , and transform these fears into something beneficial, into something that strengthens and refines our souls  we do not just bridge the the gaps and close the circle. We EXPAND the circle through rebirth....through reproduction, through our children and our children's children... expanding the soul, the consciousness like a flower in space.

When we choose to live, we do not die.

We are moths. We are always adapting. We are always surviving. We are always evolving, and YES ... We are ALWAYS ASCENDING.

More lessons from the moth....

The peppered moth exists in both light and dark colours in the United Kingdom, but during the industrial revolution many of the trees on which the moths rested became blackened by soot, giving the dark-colored moths an advantage in hiding from predators. This gave dark-colored moths a better chance of surviving to produce dark-colored offspring, and in just fifty years from the first dark moth being caught, nearly all of the moths in industrial Manchester were dark. The balance was reversed by the effect of the Clean Air Act 1956, and the dark moths became rare again. ~ Wikipedia
