There's only so much habitual detachment and escaping from the shadows that we can do until we realize that they will only manifest themselves in our lives again -- the energy that we choose to detach from will always find its way back to us in a different form. Until we deal with it and find strength in the hope of transforming it through transforming our very own perception of reality, alongside with pure intentions -- we will keep seeing the same problem. We do not need to arm ourselves with ignorance, rather, with empathy...with unconditional love. For love is a faithful soldier, it will always let us see light where there is none, and so we will begin to find living with the shadows more bearable.. Love breaks the barrier between ignorance and acceptance. The ego is deceptive and it will always help to seek refuge in our soul sanctuary-- The heart, the keeper of our light.
